The deepest integration is the one you never set up
Nuvio’s five apps already share one account and one customer record, so a lead, an enrolment, an invoice and a payout are the same record — no connectors to build or break. For the outside world, Nuvio plugs into the messaging and payment providers you already trust.
Providers Nuvio works with
WhatsApp Business (Meta)
Send and receive on your own WhatsApp Business number — templates, broadcasts and a shared inbox. You connect your Meta account; messages send under your identity.
SMS, MMS, RCS & Voice (Twilio)
Two-way SMS/MMS, RCS and a cloud call centre through Twilio. Bring your own account; carrier costs are passed through at cost.
Email (SendGrid)
Transactional and campaign email at scale through SendGrid, with delivery tracking — sent from your verified domain.
Payments (Razorpay)
Collect fees and subscription payments in INR and, via Razorpay International, foreign currencies. Card data stays with the PCI-compliant gateway; we store only tokens.
GST e-invoicing & filings
GST-compliant invoices, registers and returns are produced from real transaction data — no re-typing into a separate accounting tool.
Bank NEFT payout files
Teacher and staff payouts export as a bank-ready NEFT batch file, with TDS deducted and recorded.
Connecting your messaging accounts takes minutes — the setup guides walk you through WhatsApp, Twilio and SendGrid, and we help you do it.
