Acceptable Use Policy

General conduct

• Do not use Nuvio to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send anything unlawful, defamatory, deceptive or harmful.
• Do not attempt to breach, probe or overload the service, other tenants’ data, or our infrastructure.
• Do not resell or expose the platform to third parties except as your own end-users, and never share credentials outside your organisation.

Messaging and consent

You are the sender of record on every WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, email and voice message Nuvio sends for you, and you are responsible for compliance.

• Only message people who have opted in, and honour every opt-out promptly — Nuvio records and enforces opt-outs, and they survive re-imports.
• Follow WhatsApp Business, carrier (TRAI/DLT, TCPA and local) and anti-spam rules for the regions you message.
• No purchased lists, no unsolicited bulk messaging, no misleading sender identities.

Data you upload

You must have the right to upload the personal data you put into Nuvio, and you must handle it in line with your own privacy notice and applicable law. Do not upload payment card numbers, passwords or special-category data into free-text fields.

Enforcement

We may suspend features or an account to protect the platform, our partners or third parties — with notice where practical, and immediately where a live risk (spam complaints, a security incident, a legal demand) requires it. Serious or repeated breaches can end the agreement under the Terms of Service.
